This website is operated by MARAS COMPANY FOR LOGISTICS SERVICES AND GENERAL TRADING AND CONSTRUCTION, trading as MARAS. In this policy “MARAS”, “we” and “us” mean that company.
This policy covers information collected through the website maras.iq. It does not cover information you provide to MARAS through other channels, which is handled under our general commercial arrangements with you.
What we collect
When you submit the enquiry form on this website, we collect the details you enter: your name, company, country, email address, telephone number if you provide one, the enquiry type and division you select, and the message you write.
We also record the IP address and browser type of each submission to protect the form against spam and abuse.
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It stores a single preference in your browser recording your chosen language, so that the site opens in that language on your next visit. That preference stays in your browser and is not transmitted to us.
How we use it
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry and, where it leads to a commercial discussion, to conduct that discussion. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for marketing unrelated to your enquiry.
Who can see it
Enquiries are received by MARAS staff and routed to the division relevant to your requirement. Information is shared outside MARAS only where necessary to respond to you, or where we are legally required to do so.
