Weighbridge Solutions & Eagle Eye
MARAS provides complete weighing solutions for industrial, logistics, mining, manufacturing and oil and gas operations.
A weighbridge is a measurement instrument, not a structure
A weighbridge that drifts out of tolerance does not stop working — it keeps producing numbers, and those numbers start costing money on every load. The value of an installation sits in whether it stays accurate, and whether anyone notices when it does not.
That is why annual certification and scheduled calibration are part of the same scope as supply and installation, held by the same company.

Eagle Eye
Developed by MARAS — weighbridge operations as an intelligent digital environment
Eagle Eye is our own platform. It transforms traditional weighbridge operations into an intelligent digital environment: tickets issued electronically and by QR code, vehicles managed as records rather than paperwork, and activity visible in real time.
Because MARAS built it, sites running several weighbridges can manage them from one place, and the reporting can follow what a specific operation actually needs.
- Electronic & QR Tickets
- Vehicle Management
- Dashboard Analytics
- Multi-Site Management
- Real-Time Monitoring
Why it matters
Where the cost of inaccuracy lands
- Commercial exposure on every load where weight determines payment
- Stock and production figures that cannot be reconciled
- Regulatory and audit reporting built on readings nobody verified
- Disputes with counterparties that are expensive to settle after the fact
Before you ask for pricing
What we need in order to quote accurately
A weighbridge quotation is only as good as the site information behind it. If you can answer these, we can price the work properly the first time — and if you cannot, we will help you establish them.
- Vehicle types and axle configurations
- Which vehicles will use the bridge, and the heaviest loaded weight it has to carry.
- Daily throughput
- How many weighings per day, and whether they cluster into peaks.
- Site conditions
- Ground conditions, available footprint, drainage and the approach length either side.
- Power and connectivity
- Mains stability at the location, and whether a usable data connection reaches it.
- Systems it must talk to
- Any existing gate, barrier or reporting system the weighing data has to reach.
- How the readings are used
- Whether weights determine payment, feed regulatory reporting, or serve internal control only — this changes the accuracy class required.
